1.      Display of assorted pastries, muffins and bagels

2.      fresh cut fruit trays with pineapple, melons, grapes, strawberries…drizzled with white and dark chocolate.

3.      Juice bar serving assorted juices, coffee, (regular, decaf & flavored), tea, hot chocolate, milk and skim milk.

4.      Home fried potatoes.

9.      Cold Salad - Waldorf salad (prepared with apples and walnuts) - Chicken tarragon salad (herbs & grilled white meat chicken laced with sour cream and mayonnaise) - Carrot Salad (grated carrots & raisins in a lite dressing)

10.  Seafood Newburg - shrimp and scallops in a sherried cream sauce served with rice.

11. Display of smoked salmon (lox)…displayed with chopped cooked egg white, egg yolk, red onion, cream cheese & capers.
